What Makes a Person Beautiful As per the Indian society we live in today women have always been given priority based on how beautiful they are. Some might deny it saying no, things are quite different now but honestly, nothing really has. Racism on the basis of skin colour and features still prevails just as it was years ago. What we still fail to understand is that a beautiful person is one whose character is genuinely good, someone with good values and someone who is good at heart. One major factor that hasn’t let this tradition change is how we portray various characters in the cinema or on daily soaps. Also, advertisements for fairness products like fair & lovely forces us to believe that external beauty is everything – For example, if you fair and beautiful from the outside you can crack job interviews instantly, you can be a team leader so on and so forth but have we ever take a step further and tried to figure how this really makes any sense? Because to me, it makes no sens
